DMCA Policy

Home Service Growth respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users, partners, and visitors to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy to address claims of copyright infringement.

  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, in the jurisdiction where we are located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

3. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers.
